Our cousin Giorgis is a shepherd in the village of Kamares on Mount Psiloritis, and together with his family he milks his sheep and goats every day. He will be very happy to host us one day at his home and let us taste his cheeses and the products they make as a family, always with respect for Cretan tradition.

Unser Cousin Giorgis ist Schäfer im Dorf Kamares am Berg Psiloritis, und zusammen mit seiner Familie melkt er täglich seine Schafe und Ziegen. Er wird sich sehr freuen, uns eines Tages bei sich zu Hause zu empfangen und uns seine Käsesorten sowie die Produkte probieren zu lassen, die sie als Familie herstellen – immer mit Respekt vor der kretischen Tradition.
